This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all services provided by ARK DEV LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). Because we provide digital services, custom development, and project-based work, our refund terms differ from traditional retail purchases.

2. No Returns on Digital Services
Our services involve custom web development, design, programming, consulting, and digital solutions. Once work has been started, delivered, or allocated, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
For this reason, no physical returns or merchandise returns apply to our business.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be allowed only under specific conditions and solely at our discretion. Below are the general rules:
3.1. Before Work Begins
If you cancel a project before we begin working and before resources or time have been allocated, we may issue a partial or full refund of any deposit, depending on the circumstances.
3.2. After Work Has Started
Once work has started (planning, design, coding, research, or any task related to your project), deposits and payments become non-refundable.
This includes:
- Time spent on meetings, consultation, or technical preparation
- Concept creation, design drafts or prototypes
- Coding, development, or technical integration
- Third-party tools, licenses, or hosting purchased for your project
3.3. Completed or Delivered Work
Once a deliverable has been sent, demonstrated, or deployed, no refunds will be issued.
3.4. Unresponsive or Delayed Clients
If a client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide required information, content, or approvals, the project may be paused. In such cases:
- Payments already made remain non-refundable
- Additional fees may apply if the project requires rescheduling or restarting
4. Project Cancellations
Either party may cancel a project in accordance with the terms of the Project Agreement. Upon cancellation:
- You remain responsible for all completed work up to the cancellation date
- Any unpaid invoices for delivered work must be settled
- Deposits are not refundable unless stated otherwise in writing
5. Quality Assurance & Revisions
We stand behind the quality of our work. Most projects include a certain number of revisions, as stated in the proposal or agreement.
Revisions are not the same as refunds. If you need changes or adjustments, we will handle them according to the terms of the project scope. Additional revisions beyond what is included may incur extra costs.
6. Third-Party Costs
Some services require third-party subscriptions, licenses, plugins, hosting services, domains, or API usage. These costs are:
- Non-refundable once purchased
- Subject to the third-party provider’s terms and policies
- Your financial responsibility, unless stated otherwise
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider, we reserve the right to:
- Pause or terminate all ongoing work
- Pursue legal action to recover the lost amount
- Bill for additional fees related to the dispute handling process
